1SiteLog connects your team’s existing WhatsApp groups to Autodesk® projects. Crews keep sharing site updates in WhatsApp while project teams can find those updates alongside their project records.

Connect a WhatsApp account, authorize Autodesk access, and choose which groups to connect to which projects. 1SiteLog archives conversation logs and supported media in project Files. For groups configured for Issues, messages also create issues, and replies to linked messages become comments on the corresponding issue.

Keep conversations with the project: bring text updates, photos, and supported attachments from mapped WhatsApp groups into Autodesk Files. Project teams can review the resulting archive without asking the crew to copy each update manually into a second application.

Choose the project connections: one WhatsApp group can connect to multiple Autodesk projects. Administrators control the group mappings and destination settings. Select the appropriate groups and projects for each job so that site updates reach the intended project records.

Use Issues when the workflow calls for it: enable issue creation for a mapped group when its messages should also create issues. Replies to linked messages become comments on the corresponding issue, preserving the relationship between the initial update and the follow-up conversation.

1SiteLog is a hosted browser-based application by Appstronauts. No desktop plug-in is required. A 1SiteLog account, a WhatsApp account that can be linked, and access to the selected Autodesk projects are required. Autodesk account administrator setup may be needed to enable the integration. Files and Issues access depend on your Autodesk permissions and product access.

WhatsApp connects through a linked-device session. Keep the connection and Autodesk authorization active; reconnect if either becomes unavailable.
