Advanced MXL-XXH Timing Pulley Generator is an Autodesk® Fusion® add-in for creating configurable imperial trapezoidal timing pulleys directly inside your CAD workspace.

The add-in supports the common imperial timing pulley families: MXL, XL, L, H, XH, and XXH. It is designed for engineers, makers, robotics builders, machine designers, and 3D printing users who need to generate custom timing pulleys quickly without manually modelling every tooth profile.

Instead of starting from scratch, you select the pulley profile and define the main pulley parameters, including tooth count, pulley width, bore size, hub dimensions, flange options, spoke style, and manufacturing tolerance settings. The pulley is then generated directly in Fusion as usable CAD geometry.

This tool is useful for custom belt-drive systems, motion mechanisms, robotics projects, small machines, test rigs, and prototype assemblies where imperial timing belt profiles are required.
