Intec LandX Tools

Intec LandX is a specialized Autodesk® Revit® add-in developed to streamline land development, site planning, and topography-related workflows. The toolset helps engineers, BIM professionals, and designers automate repetitive tasks, improve modeling accuracy, and significantly reduce the time required for terrain and site development activities within Autodesk Revit. The following commands are part of the LandX toolkit.

 

1. CAD To TopoSolid

The CAD To TopoSolid command automates the creation of Revit TopoSolids from CAD survey drawings. Instead of manually recreating site elements, users can directly utilize CAD-based survey information to generate accurate terrain representations within Revit.

The tool reads CAD data and converts it into Revit TopoSolid geometry, ensuring that site conditions are accurately represented in the BIM model. This significantly reduces manual modeling effort, improves accuracy, and accelerates the site modeling process. It is particularly useful during the early stages of land development projects where survey information is commonly delivered in CAD format.

2. Reset TopoSolid

3. Project TopoSolid

This tool reads the tree locations from the CAD file and automatically places the corresponding Revit tree families at the correct positions.
