AV2ERP 2025 automates the transfer of item information, bill of materials information, previews, and attachments (pdf, step, dxf, dwg, igs, etc.) from Autodesk® Vault™ 2025 to ERP systems, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and SAP S4HANA Cloud.

Data can be transferred either from Project Explorer or Item Master. Data can be transferred either on demand or during lifecycle release.

Integration also provides functionality to compare the Bill of Materials between Vault and the above-mentioned ERP systems.

Integration can handle simple to complex scenarios of integration. An example of a complex scenario is the addition of raw material as a child in ERP to items that don't have a BOM in Vault.

Integration can also create routes in ERP systems. It is possible to use number sequencing from ERP while creating items in Vault.

It is possible to import data from ERP into Vault. Another complex scenario that can be handled is that it is possible to upload attachments to SharePoint, and the SharePoint URL is set in ERP.

It is possible to limit access to users so that only specific users can use the functionality.
