Most bevel gear products intersect at 90 degrees and are only available with a limited tooth ratio. However, some design requirements require tooth ratios that are not available or crossing angles that are not available.

This add-in provides the ability to set and design bevel gears with any desired parameters. The designed bevel gears can also be exported for output to a 3D printer, etc.

The following parameters can be set arbitrarily in this add-in.

• Bevel gear module
• Tooth ratio
• Tooth thickness
• Intersection angle
• Backlash adjustment (very effective when printing on a 3D printer)
