Calculeaf is a free engineering calculation platform, designed to modernize how engineers create and manage calculations, and how they connect those calculations to real engineering design. It combines structured, transparent engineering calculations with an Autodesk® Inventor® add-in that links calculation parameters directly to 3D model dimensions.

At its core, Calculeaf provides a clean, digital environment for building engineering calculations from defined variables, equations, units, and assumptions. Unlike traditional spreadsheets or static documents, every calculation is structured, traceable, and easy to review or reuse. This improves clarity, reduces errors, and makes collaboration across engineering teams more efficient.

The Inventor integration is central to Calculeaf. The add-in lets you link calculation inputs and outputs directly to model parameters inside Inventor.

This integration improves workflow efficiency by removing repetitive manual updates and ensuring consistency between calculation intent and CAD geometry. Engineers can iterate designs quickly, test multiple scenarios, and immediately see how calculation changes affect their models.

The Inventor add-in is designed to be lightweight and easy to use. With minimal setup, you can map calculation variables to Inventor parameters such as lengths, diameters, constraints, and feature dimensions. Once linked, any update in Calculeaf propagates through to Inventor, keeping both calculation and design fully synchronized.
