CAD ProgramsValueXferD copies the value in the selected Text, MText or Attribute object into another Text, MText or Attribute object. If the source object was a Text or MText object, that object is deleted.

ValueXferD copies the value in the selected Text, MText, or Attribute object into another Text, MText, or Attribute object.
The source object will be left intact. If copying a value from an MText object into a Text or Attribute object the hidden "\P" characters will be removed and replaced with spaces. If copying from a multiline MText object into another MText object the hidden "\P" values will remain intact resulting in another multiline MText object.
