Adds context menus to tables to allow for sorting cell contents and also moving rows and columns.

• Sort a selected range within a column: select a range of cells by dragging or by using the table column indicators, right-click, and choose "sort." Sort either individual columns or by selected row.
• Reposition rows or Columns within a table. Select a column or row at the table column/row indicator and choose move item, row, or column.
• Drag the graphic placement indicator to the desired position.
