Search & Filter Tools is a collection of four productivity tools designed to simplify element searching, filtering, linked model navigation, and reinforcement identification directly inside Revit.

The suite includes Advanced Filter, Smart Search, Linked Elements Browser, and Find Reinforcement, providing fast and intuitive workflows for locating elements, refining large selections, inspecting parameters, and improving BIM coordination.

Advanced Filter organizes selected elements into a structured hierarchy by Category and Type, allowing users to quickly refine complex selections and isolate the exact elements they need without repeatedly using Revit's built-in filters.

Smart Search provides a powerful search engine capable of locating elements using virtually any Revit parameter, including Element ID, Family, Type, Mark, Comments, shared parameters, and custom project parameters. Search results can be selected, isolated, viewed in 3D, inspected through a live parameter panel, or exported directly to Excel.

Linked Elements Browser extends the same workflow to linked Revit models. Users can browse linked elements, search by Element ID, quickly locate linked objects during coordination, and export linked model data for documentation or review.

Find Reinforcement enables reinforcement lookup by Rebar Number, making it easy to locate individual reinforcement bars within the current view or throughout the entire 3D model. Duplicate rebar numbers can be navigated efficiently using Next and Skip commands, significantly simplifying reinforcement review and quality control.
