VIKTOR is a platform for engineering and construction firms that enables engineers to create and share custom web apps. Automate your work, collaborate, and deliver better designs in less time!

Construct powerful engineering apps - Build powerful, easy-to-use engineering apps quickly and intuitively. Thanks to the VIKTOR App Builder, engineers can choose to prompt their apps. There is also the option to go low-code and code the application yourself. Why low-code? Thanks to the hundreds of VIKTOR components, engineers only need to choose which elements to combine, and VIKTOR will make sure the UI looks great and works seamlessly with the output.

Connect with your existing engineering software - VIKTOR lets engineers integrate with their existing engineering software and data. Whether you are a civil, structural, or geotechnical engineer, VIKTOR has you covered; it can integrate with all the industry-standard software. More a fan of Autodesk Construction Cloud® and Autodesk Platform Services? Then we have great news. VIKTOR lets you and your colleagues connect your ACC account to the platform and use it to create custom applications for your projects.

Collaborate, share, and reuse apps across teams - Thanks to roles, project structure, and extensive permissions, the VIKTOR Platform is suited for large enterprises as well as small organizations looking to gain an edge. No longer do engineering teams have to reinvent (and revalidate, check, etc.) the wheel because, with VIKTOR, all your developments are centralized. Paired with powerful platforms like ACC and APS, VIKTOR lets engineers collaborate, share data, and distribute knowledge seamlessly like never before.

Why VIKTOR for Autodesk products

Connecting engineering logic to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Platform Services (APS) often involves scattered scripts, local plugins, and manual steps. VIKTOR provides a cleaner approach: a Python-based platform where engineers can build browser-based applications that interact directly with ACC data through APS and a secure 3-legged authentication (OAuth2).

Because everything is written in Python (low code or via the no-code App Builder), engineers can use familiar libraries for calculations, model checks, or geometry processing. The platform handles the interface, authentication, file exchange, and compute environment automatically, so teams can focus entirely on the engineering task.

For example, a model validation workflow can be built by reading a model from ACC, processing it with Python, and presenting the results in the browser. No local setup, plugins, or custom UI need to be built from scratch. Updating logic is simple: change the code once, and all users immediately access the latest version.

ICT departments benefit from having these integrations centralized in one secure, governed environment rather than spread across machines and projects. Access control, versioning, and resource management are handled consistently, and all is visible in the VIKTOR Admin dashboard.

In practice, VIKTOR forms a stable bridge between Autodesk’s ecosystem and engineering computation. It streamlines how engineering logic connects to ACC and APS, improving reliability for ICT and accelerating automation for engineering teams.
