The freeware add-on application ARKANCE QRcode can generate QR codes from any text information, including dynamic text fields.

Unlike a trivial embedded raster image, the QR code here uses native Autodesk® AutoCAD® entities (the image is therefore sharp in any resolution, even in PDF) and the code can be subsequently updated either by manually editing the control attribute or by linking the control attribute to a field with any property or any content of the given DWG drawing - e.g. of a titleblock data, drawing name, job number, legend title, layout name, etc.

The QR code is then automatically updated using the reactor.
