This add-in is the easiest way to export to PDF all your presentations at once, without worrying about sheet size.
Also, you can automatically name your PDF files using custom sheet parameters.
The workflow is as simple as possible. Just check the sheets you want to print on the list. They are organized as they are in your Autodesk® Revit® « Sheets » browser.
Your print settings are automatically remembered from one session to another.
You will need PDFCreator Free installed on your PC to ensure that the app works great. More information in the Help Document.
You can download a free 30-day trial version of this app to make sure it is the perfect solution for you and your company. Once the 30-day trial is over, you will still be able to use the app, but you will be limited to 3 PDF prints per session.
A single subscription is compatible with Revit from the version 2020 to 2024.

What else should I know about this product?
When you are about to print a lot of PDF using this app, it is advised to save your project before printing.
Depending on the size of the file you are exporting to PDF and the virtual printer you are using, it may take a few seconds before they appear on the output folder, even after the tasks are done in Revit.
Landscape page orientation is automatically chosen.
Zoom is automatically set to 100%.
Are there any known issues with this product?
You are not able to print in Grayscale or Black and White colors.
In this version, you cannot automatically collate the sheets you are printing.
It is strongly advised not to insert several title blocks in a sheet. In that case, the add-in might not work properly.
These options may be added in the next release of the add-in.
