Cross-Hub Search helps teams discover project information across multiple hubs and projects in Autodesk Forma® Data Management from a centralized search experience. It expands information discovery beyond individual project locations, making distributed project content easier to find.
Key capabilities include:
- Search across multiple hubs and projects from one interface.
- Search keywords within file names.
- Search supported file metadata.
- Search supported document content.
- Work with supported Forma Data Management file types and commonly used formats such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PDF.
Cross-Hub Search reduces time spent navigating individual project locations and helps users find relevant information more efficiently across distributed project data.

Search: Special characters and result sorting

Searches that include special characters (such as +, -, or &) may return partial matches instead of exact matches

Results are sorted by recency, with title matches prioritized over content matches
Search: Indexed file content

Searching by content for Revit parameters does not return expected results
