SVS Accessibility Checker is a free standalone Revit add-in for reviewing modeled accessibility conditions against selectable UAE municipality or authority profiles and user-defined project rules.

KEY FEATURES

• Door clear-width and threshold checks

• Door maneuvering-clearance screening

• Corridor width and pinch-point checks

• Turning-circle checks

• Ramp slope and clear-width checks

• Room-to-room accessible-route connectivity

• Optional scanning of loaded Revit links with source-model provenance

• Focus selected results in Revit

• CSV and branded HTML reports

• Readable, validated TXT rule import/export

• Light and dark themes

• Separate native in-app User Guide and Privacy dialogs

Built-in profiles include Abu Dhabi DMT Sahel 2025 for new and existing assets, Dubai Municipality 2025, RAK Municipality 2026, and legacy Abu Dhabi 2013. Other municipality entries are clearly identified as coordination baselines requiring authority confirmation.

The add-in appears under SVS > Accessibility and also provides its main command under Add-Ins > SVS Accessibility. It supports Revit 2022–2027.

This product is a design-review assistant, not a permit approval, accessibility certification, site inspection, or legal opinion. Results depend on model content, family parameters, adopted code editions, project approvals, and authority interpretations. A qualified professional must verify results.
