CA Bulk Exporter turns sheet issue into a single operation. Instead of stepping through the Print and Export dialogs once per sheet, you select the sheets you need, set your output options once, and let the add-in write every file — PDF, DWG, or both — into the folder you choose.

WHAT IT DOES

• Exports any number of sheets to PDF and/or DWG in one run.
• Reads the named DWG Export Setups saved in the active model, so your office CAD standards, layer mapping, and units are applied exactly as configured — no re-picking settings for each batch.
• Produces one PDF per sheet, or a single combined PDF for the whole selection.
• Writes files using a naming rule you control, built from sheet number, sheet name, revision, and project fields, so deliverables land ready for issue without manual renaming.
• Shows a live progress log while it runs, then a completion summary listing what was exported and anything that was skipped.

SHEET SELECTION

The sheet list shows every sheet in the model with its number, name, current revision, and sheet set. Filter by text, sort by any column, and select individually or in bulk. Existing sheet sets can be loaded directly, so an issue package defined by your project team is one click away. Your last selection and output settings are remembered between runs.

OUTPUT CONTROL

• Choose the destination folder once; all files are written there, with optional subfolders per format.
• PDF: paper size and orientation follow the sheet's title block, with options for colour, greyscale, or monochrome output, and a vector or raster processing choice for sheets with heavy shading.
• DWG: pick any DWG Export Setup stored in the model, and choose whether to export views on sheets or sheets alone.
• Files that already exist can be skipped, overwritten, or suffixed automatically, so a re-run after a small correction does not disturb the rest of the package.

WHY USE IT

Issuing a drawing package is one of the most repetitive tasks in a project. A fifty-sheet issue exported by hand costs the better part of an hour and invites naming mistakes that only surface when the package reaches the client. CA Bulk Exporter removes the repetition: the settings are configured once, the export runs unattended, and the log tells you exactly what came out. On a weekly issue cycle that is hours returned to the team every month, and a package that is named consistently every single time.

The interface is a single dark-themed dialog. Everything — sheet list, format options, naming, and log — sits on one screen, so there is nothing to learn beyond the first run.
