Smart Annotator – Architectural is an advanced Autodesk® Revit® add-in developed by Krion Consulting Pvt. Ltd. to simplify and standardize architectural annotation workflows. Designed for architects, BIM modelers, and documentation teams, the tool automates frequently used annotation processes — helping users save time, eliminate repetitive tasks, and maintain drawing consistency across all project sheets.

Once installed, the tool integrates directly into the Revit interface under the “Krion Arch Tools” tab in the ribbon. From this tab, users can launch the Smart Annotator command to automatically generate and place annotation elements such as room tags, door/window tags, section/elevation symbols, and dimensions. The tool intelligently identifies architectural elements within the view and applies the correct annotation family and type based on predefined project standards.

This automation minimizes manual effort, reduces coordination errors, and ensures every sheet follows a consistent graphical style. The Smart Annotator operates seamlessly within Revit’s native environment — meaning all annotations it creates remain fully editable and compatible with Revit workflows.
