Maestro
BLT SMRT, LLCMaestro
BLT SMRT, LLCMaestro lets users create and manage custom Autodesk® Revit® ribbon interfaces, connect buttons to Python scripts and other resources, and use AI to help develop Revit automation.
Free
Build custom Autodesk® Revit® tools without building a traditional add-in.
This is not a fixed productivity pack. It is a platform for organizing the workflows you actually need.
Maestro lets users create and manage custom Revit ribbon interfaces, connect buttons to Python scripts and other resources, and use AI to help develop Revit automations.
Maestro helps existing software development teams scale more effectively. The Maestro deployment platform supports instantaneous deployment of tools across a firm, without the need to restart Revit. Maestro supercharges the deployment cycle of Revit addins by giving ownership of tool deployment to digital practice, VDC, and BIM teams.
Build Your Own Revit Ribbon
Create a structured Revit interface using:
-
Custom tabs and panels
-
Individual buttons
-
Button stacks
-
Pulldown and split buttons
-
Panel slide-outs
-
Custom names, descriptions, and icons
Ribbon items can launch:
-
Python scripts
-
Websites and web applications
-
Files, folders, and documentation
Instead of asking users to locate scripts or remember commands, Maestro places each workflow directly inside Revit.
Support for C# scripts and Dynamo workflows is currently in development.
AI-Assisted Revit Automation
Describe the workflow you need and use Maestro AI to help create, explain, troubleshoot, and revise Revit Python scripts.
Maestro AI is designed around Revit automation and understands the Maestro runtime, Revit context, supported script requirements, and configurable user inputs.
Use it to help create workflows for tasks such as:
-
Reviewing and modifying parameter values
-
Managing views, sheets, and annotations
-
Selecting and filtering elements
-
Automating repetitive model changes
-
Generating reports
-
Auditing model conditions
-
Applying company standards
Generated scripts can be reviewed, tested, refined, and saved as reusable Revit tools.
No separate desktop AI application is required.
Interactive Scripts Without Building a UI
Maestro scripts can request information from users through configurable input controls, including:
-
Text and numeric values
-
Yes/no options
-
Dropdown selections
-
Revit elements and element collections
-
Files and folders
-
Revit-specific categories and values
This allows script authors to build flexible tools without creating a separate interface for every workflow.
