Generate a GT2 or GT3 timing pulley in Autodesk® Fusion®.

Allows the user to select a GT2 or GT3 pulley type, number of teeth, width of pulley, optional flange width, and optional hole diameter.

The resultant tooth geometry is accurate throughout the 20 to 400-tooth range, and belt fitment is excellent. The generated pulley includes the complete timeline steps, allowing further customizations.

Note: The timing pulley is generated in mm units.

What else should I know about this product?

Note: the February 2026 Fusion 360 upgrade now requires that the user choose the correct component type. Previously, a new component part was created which worked with the Add-In. Now, the component must be a 'Hybrid' type (which is the same as the original part before the upgrade).

Therefore, when creating a new component from the "What do you want to design?" dialog, select 'Hybrid' and click, 'Create New'.

For an existing component that isn't a Hybrid type, you can change the XXX Design type by clicking on the edit pencil next to the design node under 'Document Settings'. In the dropdown, choose 'Hybrid' and click 'Convert'.

Are there any known issues with this product?

Timeline Group may not appear: When inserting multiple pulley components, the timeline group for the new component may not appear.

Workaround: Save the design, close it, and reopen the design. The timeline groups will appear normally.
