You run it on your draft survey and point it at the survey PDF and the title commitment. In about one to two minutes, Proofle returns a report that flags items worth a closer look.

Proofle is free to install. Reviews run through the Proofle cloud service, using a free per-user API key.

Getting Started

1. Download and install Proofle.
2. Get your free API key at proofle.com/signup. Verify your email address; the key is shown only once.
3. In Civil 3D, run PROOFLEKEY and paste your key. You only need to do this once.
4. Open your survey drawing, run PROOFLE, and select the survey and title PDFs.

Proofle reviews the kinds of items a qualified reviewer checks on every ALTA/NSPS survey: the surveyor’s certification and the parties named in it, encroachment statements, Schedule B exceptions and their disposition, flood-zone and basis-of-bearings notes, monumentation, and the Table A optional items that are in scope for the job. Each item is returned with a short, specific finding, so you can see exactly what was flagged and why.
