Drafted generates residential house plans with AI in Revit. Draw a footprint, add your room list, and five complete floor plans come back in under a minute, built as native Revit walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and rooms.

How it works:

1. Click "Draw Shape" and trace a footprint outline, or skip it and let the generator choose its own.
2. Click "Add Rooms" and build your list: bedrooms, baths, kitchen, living, garage, porches.
3. Click "Generate". About 45 seconds later, five designs land on the canvas, each with its own square footage, room count, 3D view, elevations, area plans, and sheets.

If none of the five is right, change the input and generate again. Every design is a Revit native, with editable walls, doors, windows, roofs, and floors.
Everything you generate also syncs to your Drafted account at Drafted.ai.
