This application is a command to cut and duplicate only the objects within the area enclosed by a polyline.

When a polyline is specified as the frame, objects that straddle the polyline are cut at the intersection, and only objects that are completely within the frame are copied. When dragging, the objects that are inside the box are displayed uncut, but when clicking on the copy destination, only the objects inside the box remain. This is useful when you want to copy only a part of a map, topographic map, or drawing.

The objects that will be cut after being copied are line segments, polylines, circles, ellipses, arcs, and splines. Spirals are copied but not cut if they hang over a border. Text, multi-text or block, and dimensions are copied if they hang over a border, but are not cut.
