Ze'Connect
ZestineTechZe'Connect
ZestineTechA Revit® productivity toolkit that batch-exports models to NWC, DWG/PDF and IFC, remaps and batch-loads links, and publishes local models to the cloud — and now schedules those exports and auto-opens.
$10.00/month
Managing multiple Autodesk® Revit® files and their interconnected links has long been a time-consuming challenge for BIM professionals. Whether preparing models for coordination reviews in Navisworks or updating project links across dozens of files, these repetitive tasks can consume hours of productive time every week.
ZeConnect addresses these workflow bottlenecks with a suite of powerful Revit tools that automate what used to be manual, tedious processes. By enabling batch operations without opening individual files, streamlining link management and cloud publishing, and now scheduling those operations to run unattended — even when Revit is closed, ZeConnect helps AEC teams reclaim valuable time while reducing the risk of human error in their BIM workflows.
Batch NWC Export
Transforms the way teams prepare models for coordination reviews by automating the export process to Navisworks format. Instead of opening each Revit file individually, extracting 3D views, and exporting them one by one, users can process multiple files simultaneously through background operations.
Batch DWG/PDF Export
Automates exporting sheets and views to DWG and PDF formats. Teams can batch-process drawings from multiple Revit files — local or cloud-hosted — without opening each model, with full control over DWG export setups and PDF output. Ideal for issuing drawing sets and deliverables at project scale.
Batch IFC Export
Streamlines openBIM coordination by batch-exporting 3D views to IFC. Users configure the IFC schema and export options once and apply them across many files, producing standards-compliant IFC models without slow, file-by-file exports.
Scheduled Export
Takes the batch exporters a step further by running them automatically at a time you choose — even when Revit is closed. Tick the formats you need (NWC, IFC, DWG, PDF) for a single task; each writes to its own subfolder, and every format keeps the same options as the manual Batch Export tools. A guided wizard walks you through picking files, configuring each format, renaming outputs, and setting the schedule. At the due time a background Revit session launches, opens each model once, exports every chosen format, and closes — perfect for nightly or weekly deliverables. You can also export the model you are currently working on with a single “Use current model” source.
Auto Open Revit
Opens a chosen Revit model at a scheduled time, even when Revit is closed — so a large model (local or Autodesk® Forma®/ Autodesk® BIM 360® cloud) is loaded and ready before you sit down. Choose how worksets open (all open, all closed, or a specific set), set a Daily / Weekly / Monthly / interval / one-time schedule, and Windows launches Revit and opens the model for you. Ideal for warming up heavy cloud models first thing in the morning.
Link Remapper
Solves the common headache of managing and updating Revit file links. When project file structures change, files are relocated, or cloud project paths are updated, this tool allows users to remap multiple links at once without the tedious process of reloading each link individually.
Batch Link Loader
Adds multiple links to the current model in one action — a batch alternative to Revit’s Manage Links → Add. Queue Revit, IFC, CAD and point-cloud files (or scan a whole folder), choose the positioning, and link them all at once; IFC files are brought in through Revit’s own IFC engine so the linked geometry comes in correctly. A Manage tab lists the links already in the model for batch Load / Unload / Reload / Remove, and can copy grids, levels and project information from a linked model into the host.
Cloud Collaborate
Publishes local Revit models to an ACC / BIM 360 folder as cloud-hosted models. With a built-in destination picker and optional workset preservation, it removes the friction of getting local files into the cloud so teams can begin collaborating in minutes.
