Key capabilities include:

- Migrate multiple cloud-hosted models in batch workflows.

- Map models to destination project folders.

- Apply find-and-replace rules when renaming models.

- Archive existing target models before overwrite.

Migration Options

Use the checkboxes at the bottom of the Cloud Model Initiator window to control batch migration behavior.

Archive Existing Before Overwrite

When enabled, the tool downloads and archives an existing model in the destination project before uploading a replacement. Use this option when migrating to folders that may already contain models with the same name.

Archive files are uploaded to an archive folder in the destination project.

Suppress Revit Dialogs

When enabled, the add-in suppresses common Revit task dialogs during unattended migration, including unresolved references, workset conflicts, audit warnings, and schema conflict prompts.

Dialog suppression is automatically enabled during Send even if this checkbox was cleared, and the previous setting is restored when migration completes.

Relink Linked Models

When enabled (default), the tool relinks linked Revit models in the destination project after all models in the migration queue are processed. Relinking updates link paths so host models reference the migrated copies in the destination project.

When disabled, only the main queued models are migrated. Linked models are not relinked. Use this option when you plan to relink manually or when linked models are not part of the migration scope.
