Are there any known issues with this product?
123 Search utilizes element categories, object types and their functions enabled by Autodesk® Revit® API. Due to the complexity of Revit API as well as the specific Revit model, the initial search setup might not be very intuitive. It might be hard to find the data you are looking for, even though it is right there showing in Revit UI. For example, there will be confusion when too much data is displayed at once, or having found multiple features with the same or very similar names, and not sure which one to use. If you have computer programming experience, you can use Revit API Documentation to help you navigate. Otherwise, feel free to contact with your specific questions, and we are very happy to provide assistance.
