Overview: Smart BOQ is a powerful Revit plugin designed to streamline the quantity take-off (QTO) and cost estimation workflow. Built for civil engineers, estimators, and BIM professionals, this tool automates the extraction of element quantities directly from your Revit models to generate accurate, ready-to-use Bills of Quantities.

About the Developers: We are a dedicated team of Civil Engineering students from the National University of Technology (NUTECH). This tool was developed as our Final Year Project, spearheaded by group leader Muhammad Asif, alongside team members Muhammad Ahmed, Muhammad Bilal, and Ahtisham Musadiq. We proudly completed this project under the expert guidance and supervision of Lec Mashal Shahjehan and Dr Miral Fatima.
