Solid Stations automatically calculates start and end station values of selected solids relative to a chosen alignment and stores them in a Property Set.

Free

Solid Stations is an add-in for Autodesk® Civil 3D® designed to simplify and automate the calculation of stationing data for 3D solids based on a selected alignment. The add-in enables users to select an alignment and one or multiple solids located along or near that alignment.

After selection, Solid Stations automatically calculates the start and end station values of each solid relative to the chosen alignment. These values are then written directly into a user-defined Property Set specified by the user. This ensures that stationing information is stored in a consistent and structured manner, making it easily available for schedules, labels, quantities, and further data processing.

By eliminating manual station calculations and data entry, Solid Stations helps reduce errors, save time, and improve overall workflow efficiency. The add-in is particularly useful for civil and infrastructure projects where accurate stationing of modeled elements is essential for design, documentation, and coordination.
