The add-in supports both T and AT metric timing pulley families, including T2.5, T5, T10, T20, AT3, AT5, AT10, and AT20. It is built for users who need fast, repeatable pulley generation without spending time manually creating pulley tooth geometry.
The tool allows you to define the main pulley parameters, including pulley family, tooth count, pulley width, bore size, hub dimensions, flange options, spoke style, and tolerance settings. The pulley is then generated directly in Autodesk® Fusion® as usable model geometry.
This add-in is suitable for custom belt-drive layouts, motion systems, robotics, 3D printed mechanisms, machine prototypes, and engineering test setups using metric trapezoidal timing belts.
