Clashboard is a clash coordination suite for Autodesk® Navisworks®, built to work directly inside the coordination workflow. It helps teams organize, review, publish, and track clash data across Autodesk® Forma projects. Clashboard turns raw Clash Detective output into a structured process, so teams spend less time cleaning up results by hand and more time making coordination decisions.

Key Features

• Dashboard. Provides a dashboard-style view of current clash data, so teams can review counts, trends, summaries, and trade-level coordination status in a more usable format than raw Clash Detective lists.
  
  
• Assistant. Automates grouping, assignment, and clash group naming. Controls are provided for radius, status filters, regrouping, unique naming, inactive area handling, and resolved clash handling.
  
  
• Assignments. Lets teams create trade labels and map assignment codes into those labels, so that reporting stays consistent. Label order sets trade priority for auto-assignment, which helps produce more reliable assignment results.
  
  
• Live Tracking. Monitors clash changes in the active Navisworks session and refreshes the current view as coordination work progresses, giving you an in-session picture of the latest clash state.
  
  
• Post to Forma. Publishes the current clash data for the record, by exporting XML and uploading it to the configured project folder. This creates a documented coordination snapshot for later review.
  
  
• Areas. Lets you define active and inactive coordination regions directly in the model, by drawing and editing area boundaries that reflect real project scope.
  
  
• Shortcuts allow for quick access to tools and functions not natively available in Navisworks, including Clash Detective Assignments and Status. Optimized for Stream Deck®.

• Forma Issues Sync simplifies the process of converting clashes in the Clash Detective to Forma Issues.

• Viewpoint Organization. Reorganizes Clash Detective report viewpoints into a folder structure you define, after the built-in Navisworks Write Report workflow has been used.
  
  
• Heat Map. Highlights hotspot areas in the model, so teams can quickly identify concentrations of clashes and focus coordination effort where it is most needed.

• NWC Extractor allows for version-specific downloads of entire NWD/NWF models. Useful for saving separate NWC files for record. Requires Custom Integration on Forma Project Hub.

• Ghost Model pulls in older versions of all NWC files in the current NWD/NWF document. Requires Custom Integration on Forma Project Hub.

• WASD navigation enables FPS-style navigation.
