This command can be used to SET the Surface and Alignment that a Pressure Pipe part references.

The Pressure Pipe part is a crucial component of the Autodesk® Civil 3D® program. When dealing with a large number of Pressure Pipes, it's important to note that creating a Pressure network without defining its alignment or surface reference will result in each Pressure Pipe lacking these references.

To display information about a Pressure Pipe correctly, you need to define its alignment and surface references. Additionally, these references can be changed if necessary.

Therefore, we desire a single command that allows setting both the Surface and Alignment that the Pressure Pipe part references, eliminating the need to repeat the command.
