Beam Finish Generator is a professional productivity add-in for Revit that automates the creation of finish walls and ceilings around structural beams. In a typical Revit project, adding finish elements around beams is a slow, repetitive task that must be done manually for every beam in the model. Beam Finish Generator eliminates this entirely — select your beams, choose a wall or ceiling type, click a button, and all finish elements are created automatically in one operation.

The plugin offers two independent commands. The Side Walls command generates four finish walls per beam — two along the long sides and two at the ends — correctly offset by half the wall thickness and aligned to the beam's bottom face. The Lower Ceiling command generates a ceiling under each selected beam, matching the beam's footprint and offset to align with the beam's bottom face.

Both commands work on any number of selected beams simultaneously, making it practical to finish an entire floor or an entire model in a single operation rather than beam by beam.
