Stop manually modeling complex peg geometry. Skadis Generator automates the creation of perfectly fitted, 3D-printable mounting connectors for IKEA Skadis pegboards. Generate hooks for your custom holders, shelves, and organizers, or flip it around and cut Skadis-compatible receiving holes into your own designs, so hooks and original Skadis accessories can hang on them.

Key Features:

• Input Hooks: Build Skadis-style hooks and join them to any planar face of your model, or create them free-standing at the origin.
• Output Holes: Cut the Skadis slot pattern (5 × 15 mm slots on the standard 40 mm grid) into a face of your design, turning it into a miniature Skadis board.
• Auto Cavity: Hollows just enough space behind receiving holes for hooks to insert and seat, resizing automatically with the hole pattern. Per-slot pockets (the default) keep parts FDM-printable without supports in any orientation.
• Configurable Grid Layout: Define columns and rows (1-50 each) with standard Skadis spacing. With cross-columns enabled, a full 360 × 560 mm board is 9 columns by 26 rows.
• Cross-Column Support: Add staggered intermediate columns matching the Skadis offset hole pattern.
• Print-Friendly Options: Optional lip chamfer lets hooks and receiving cavities print support-free; lead-in chamfers help hooks self-align on insertion; edge filleting for a smooth finish.
• Customizable Geometry: Extruded connector bodies, adjustable mounting plate, and wall thickness options.
• Fine-Tuning Controls: Adjust tolerances (board clearance, peg height, lip height), slot and cavity clearances, 3-axis rotation, in-plane pattern rotation, and X/Y offsets.
