Are there any known issues with this product?

When you are exporting files to DXF, "AUTO-CUSTOM-DXF" suppresses the Inventor user interface and messages (for faster action).

If your user interface in Inventor is unresponsive, press "UNLOCK INVE." in "MAIN" tab of "AUTO-CUSTOM-DXF".
