ExportKit Pro is a professional bulk export add-in for Autodesk® Fusion®. Instead of opening and exporting designs one at a time, ExportKit Pro walks an entire project folder, exports every design in the formats you choose, and finishes in a fraction of the time.
WHAT IT DOES
ExportKit Pro exports entire Fusion project folders — including all subfolders — to any combination of STEP, Fusion Archive (F3D/F3Z), IGES, SAT, SMT, USD, and PDF (drawings). It mirrors your Fusion folder structure on disk so your exports are organized exactly the way your projects are.
KEY FEATURES:
Bulk export — Select a project folder and export every design in one pass. Works on folders with hundreds or thousands of files.
Multiple formats in one run — Export to STEP and F3D simultaneously. Every design is opened once and all selected formats are exported before closing, keeping run times as short as possible.
PDF drawing export — Drawings (.f2d files) are exported as PDF in a separate pass after all CAD formats are complete, ensuring a drawing export issue never interrupts your design exports.
Incremental / backup mode — Track which files have changed since your last export using Fusion's version numbers. On subsequent runs, only new and modified designs are re-exported. Ideal for regular backups of large project folders.
Resume after interruption — If an export is stopped or interrupted, re-running ExportKit Pro on the same folder automatically skips files that already exist on disk. No work is lost.
Live progress window — A floating progress panel shows the current file, pass (CAD formats vs drawings), exported/skipped/failed counts, and a progress bar. A Stop button lets you halt cleanly after the current file finishes.
Pre-export scan — Before exporting, ExportKit Pro scans the selected folder and reports how many files were found, estimated output count, any file name issues, and your trial or license status. Nothing is exported until you confirm.
STEP, IGES, SAT, SMT formats require a paid Fusion license. STEP, F3D, USD and PDF work on all Fusion license tiers.
TRIAL
The free trial allows up to 30 file exports with full functionality. No registration required. After the trial, a license can be activated directly inside the add-in.
LICENSING
Individual License ($79): For personal, freelance, and non-commercial use.
Business License ($199): For commercial and company use.
Licenses are available at exportkitpro.com. After purchase, a license key is delivered by email and entered directly inside the add-in under the License section of the export dialog.
Both license tiers include one year of updates.

SUPPORTED EXPORT FORMATS
- STEP (.step) — Universal CAD interchange format. Recommended for sharing with manufacturers and other CAD platforms.
- Fusion Archive (.f3d / .f3z) — Native Fusion backup format. Designs with external references export as .f3z automatically.
- IGES (.igs) — Requires paid Fusion license.

Are there any known issues with this product?
- IGES, SAT, and SMT exports will fail silently on free/personal Fusion licenses. These formats require a paid Fusion subscription. A warning is shown in the scan results when these formats are selected.
- Very large folders (500+ files) may cause Fusion to appear unresponsive during the pre-export scan. This is normal — the scan completes without any data loss. A warning is shown before scanning.
- The progress window may occasionally not display if Fusion's HTML palette system encounters an issue loading the local resource file. The export will still run and complete correctly. The export log in your output folder always contains the full results.
- PDF export requires Fusion to render each drawing file before exporting. On complex drawings, this can take 10-15 seconds per file.
