This feature proves invaluable when users need to meticulously inspect a series of objects individually. To facilitate this process, users can employ the default "Change" command to alter the color of the objects they wish to scrutinize. Here's how it works:
- Initiate the default command by typing "Change" in the command line.
- Select the objects you wish to examine by clicking on each one or by using the selection window.
- Specify the properties you want to modify, such as color, by typing "Properties" in the command line.
- Choose the attribute you want to change, such as color, by typing "Color" and specifying the new color index, for instance, "1" for red.
Once the command is executed, navigate to the objects whose color has been altered. The command will prompt you to input the color index. Enter the desired index (e.g., "1" for red) and press enter. Subsequently, the command will highlight all objects with the designated color index and zoom in on the first object within the model space.
While executing the command, users will encounter various options in the command line interface:
- "Next": Proceed to the next object with the specified color index.
- "Prev": Navigate to the previous object with the specified color index.
- "Move": Move objects from one place to another in model space.
- "Delete": erase an object from model space.
- "Goto": Directly jump to a specific object within the selection.
- "Reset Selection": Clear the current selection and start anew.
- "Exit": Conclude the inspection process and exit the command.
- By utilizing these options, users can efficiently navigate through and assess each object with ease, streamlining the inspection process and enhancing productivity in their workflow.
