The Drawboard Revit Add-in publishes sheets from your Revit project straight into Drawboard, with your choice of destination: Drawboard Projects for team-wide design review, or Drawboard PDF for quick, file-by-file sharing.

Drawboard Projects: live design review

Projects is a live markup environment for design and drawing review. Internal teams and external partners can mark up, discuss and track issues on each drawing revision, with full transparency for the whole project team and a complete version and markup history along the way. Traditional design review reports status against static milestones (30%, 60%, 90% complete). Projects gives the team real-time insight into where a review stands at any point, so errors are caught earlier in the design process and turnaround is faster.

Drawboard PDF: fast, file-by-file sharing

Not every sheet needs a full project workspace. Upload sheets directly into your Drawboard PDF cloud account and share them one file at a time: ideal for a one-off review, a quick markup on a single drawing, or sending a sheet to someone outside the project team.

The Drawboard Revit Add-in allows you to:

• Choose your destination - Send sheets to Drawboard Projects or to your Drawboard PDF cloud account, all from the one add-in
• Upload sheets - Import your sheets seamlessly while preserving metadata from Revit (sheet title, number, and revision)
• Save to desktop - Save individual PDF files to your desktop during the upload process
• Markup, discuss, and resolve issues - Add markups, gather timely feedback from the right people, and resolve issues with team members for traceable feedback
• Share beyond the project team - Get a sheet in front of a client, consultant or subcontractor without adding them to a project
