Civil Designer BIM-Bridge is a tool that allows you to collaborate with Autodesk Construction Cloud® (ACC) project teams directly from within the Civil Designer® application via ACC's Issues feature. Civil Designer is an integrated software suite of modules for earthworks, roads, highways, stormwater, wastewater, and potable water supply.

In BIM Projects where civil design engineers use Civil Designer 9.1 as an authoring tool, reviewers using ACC can collaborate directly with these engineers via ACC's Issues features. Engineers can then interact directly with ACC Issues from within Civil Designer.

Pre-requisites:

A licensed version of Civil Designer 9.1 (or later) installed in order to work properly. Download the Civil Designer.

Authentication

Civil Designer BIM-Bridge uses Autodesk's three-legged authentication flow to let you securely sign in with your ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) account. This allows the application to access your user-authorized data, such as available hubs and projects. Once you're authenticated, the app uses two-legged authentication to perform tasks like fetching, updating, and creating project-related data.
