eFiler365 is a web application designed specifically for New Outlook. eFiler365 works across all devices including Outlook web access, the New Outlook desktop & iOS and Android mobile clients and Outlook classic itself. This version of eFiler complements eFiler+ which is only available for Classic Outlook. With eFiler365 there is no client-side installation. Emails are processed centrally, and all configuration is web-based.

eFiler365 connects your Microsoft® 365 mailbox to Autodesk Construction Cloud® enabling you to file emails to a project document folder. Additional storage options include SharePoint, Google Drive, or Local & Network folders (eFiler Sync UI installation required).

• Save your emails as .eml files in regular folders alongside your other project data.
• Save favorite locations or browse for a recently used filing location.
• Set your own custom file name template and easily apply policy settings to all company users centrally. Administrators can easily share a location to all users.
• Save emails containing a project number in the subject line automatically to a folder.
• Filed emails are marked with a green category marker and can be automatically placed into a separate folder (or deleted subject to your preference) once filing is complete.

Authentication:

eFiler uses 3-legged authentication to establish a connection and a valid user token stored on the server side to read and write data to your Autodesk account.
