E-Keynote links Autodesk® Revit® keynote TXT tables to element parameters: fill text parameters from keynotes, push parameter text back into the TXT by Keynote Value, and browse keynotes—EFFE tab → DesToKeyNote panel.

E-Keynote (Manage keynotes)

Purpose: Work on the keynote table in a tree view: open, search, add/edit/delete/renumber, save, and place a keynote on the current selection.

E-Description (Keynote → parameter)

Purpose: For each element type in the categories you choose, read the keynote text that matches the type’s Keynote Value from the TXT file and write it into a target parameter (default Description). The keynote file is not modified.

Sync → Keynote TXT (Parameter → keynote TXT)

Purpose: For types in the selected categories, read a source parameter and update or create lines in the keynote TXT keyed by each element’s Keynote Value. This command writes to the TXT file and reloads the keynote table in Revit when appropriate.
