The CBA Architects Add-in adds a focused CBA ribbon tab that takes the busywork out of preparing Revit sheet sets and tracking deliverables.

PUBLISH

• Set from Sheet List — Build or refresh a Publish Settings set from every sheet flagged "Appears in Sheet List."
• Set from Revision — Build a set from the sheets carrying a chosen revision.
• Set from Project Sets — Generate a publish set for each project Set parameter (SET #1, SET #2, and so on).

 

SETS

• Project Sets — Bulk-create Yes/No sheet parameters so you can group sheets into sets with checkboxes.
• Deliverables — Track named deliverables such as SD, DD, CD, Permit Set, and Bulletin 1 per sheet. Build a one-bullet-per-column CBA Drawing Index schedule, snapshot the current set, lock it to freeze the contents, or add sheets from a Revit revision. Data is stored in the project file.

AUTOMATION

• Set Automation — Use a direct ON/OFF ribbon toggle to keep CBA-created Publish Settings sets synchronized as sheet membership changes. The choice is saved per Windows user in AppData, takes effect immediately, and requires no administrator access.

COMPATIBILITY

Compatible with Revit 2025, 2026, and 2027 on Windows 64-bit. No additional runtime needs to be installed - the add-in uses the .NET runtime that ships with Revit. The add-in operates only on the active document and never contacts external servers.
