Manage Autodesk® Revit® data faster and cleaner with the FORMlab ParameterFocus Revit Add-In

BIM teams can manage parameters in a smarter, faster, and more structured way using ParameterFocus. The add-in introduces Parameter Profiles, which let you define exactly which parameters are relevant for a specific task, project phase, or role. This eliminates the need to scroll through long, cluttered lists in the Properties window.
See and edit parameters from all sources at a glance - no need to click through to an element's type or elements inside a group.
Beyond improving focus, ParameterFocus also enhances data consistency. Predefine allowed values for each parameter in a profile to prevent typos and other inaccuracies across your teams and projects. Specify parameter-GUIDs to ensure the correct parameters are always used in messy projects where duplicate parameter names exist.
Profiles can be easily shared among team members or with external partners, ensuring that everyone works with the same structure and standards, no matter the project or company.
Work with IFC property names too: set a profile's source to IFC and load a Revit IFC mapping table. ParameterFocus resolves each IFC property to the correct underlying Revit parameter(s), so you can inspect and edit using the terminology your exchange requirements expect.
Integrate with Excel to edit parameters projectwide with fast bulk updates. Import Excel files to apply all values found on the selected sheet for parameters in the current profile. Export all profile parameter values in a document to Excel, edit the spreadsheet as needed, then import it to apply those values across the project.
