For product support, contact the SolidCAD AMS Support team by email atAMS.support@solidcad.ca. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Québec).
You can also reach support directly from within Fusion by clicking the AMS Support button in the Quick Access Toolbar, which opens a support panel without leaving the application.
When contacting support, please include your Autodesk ID, the add-in name and version, and a description of the issue with steps to reproduce it. Requests submitted outside business hours will be answered the next business day.Support is available in French and English.
