ModelMedic is a practical model-health and QA/QC toolkit for Autodesk® Revit® that helps BIM teams check, clean, tune, and coordinate models using focused, easy-to-run tools.

It combines model checking, warning resolution, targeted cleanup, link coordinate analysis, grid alignment, and geometry join management in one Revit toolkit.

1) ModelCheck - Model Health & QA/QC
Set project thresholds, run model-health checks, review pass/fail results, share settings with project teams, and export reports to Excel (.xlsx).

2) LinkTrace - Link Coordinate Analysis
Review Revit link placement, Shared Site status, Survey Point, Project Base Point and Internal Origin deltas, rotation differences, placement source, and duplicated link instances.

3) Warnalyzer - Warning Analysis & Fixes
Review Revit warnings, select affected elements, and resolve supported issues including joined-but-not-intersecting geometry, slightly off-axis elements, duplicated instances, and duplicated Mark/Type Mark values.

4) ModelMop - Model Cleanup & Optimization
Run targeted cleanup actions for unused content, views, sheets, links, CAD, PDFs, images, annotations, regions, groups, arrays, rooms, spaces, and areas. Also supports family cleanup, Convert In-Place, workset assignment, and pinning of links, grids and levels.

5) GridSync - Element-to-Grid Alignment
Check and correct columns, walls and beams using distance, centre and angle criteria, with visible or selected-element scopes.

6) JoinMaster - Priority-Based Joins
Automatically join eligible intersecting elements and enforce join order based on a user-defined category priority.

All model operations are performed locally inside Revit. No Revit model geometry or project content is uploaded. ModelMedic may connect to online services for update, availability and version checks. ModelMedic may also be found when searching for “Model Medic” Revit tools.
