MOD Prefab Check is a free Autodesk® Revit® plugin that uses AI to identify which parts of your project have prefabrication potential — and how many suppliers near your project location can deliver matching products.

How it works

• Run the check directly from the Revit toolbar — no manual file export needed.
• Your model is sent to MOD's servers, where the PrefabCheck AI estimates the prefabrication potential of individual components based on their geometry and configuration.
• MOD then checks how many prefab suppliers are located within a radius of your project location, giving a real picture of market availability rather than a generic feasibility score.
• Your model is used only to generate this estimate and is deleted immediately afterward.

 

Model preparation

To get the best and most accurate results, isolate only the construction elements — structural components (columns, beams, slabs), walls, facade/curtain walls, bathroom pods, balconies, and stairs — and exclude furniture, people, vehicles, and landscaping.
