Parametric rebar generation and sheet-ready documentation for Revit

MA-REBARS helps structural concrete teams generate reinforcement on real hosts, review it in live preview, then produce marks, schedules, native summary tables, and Excel output from one Partition-based workflow. Optional local MCP connects Cursor or Claude Desktop to office AI Rules for assisted apply when you want it - off by default, runs on your machine only.

Modeling workflow Apply on selection, Apply All Mark, Saved partition profiles per tool. Live preview before commit. Reload settings from host storage. Running-length parameters with schedule-friendly totals.

Marking Partition-based M_Mark, Find Mark, override and delete. Rebar Groups with M_Bar_Quantity and M_Bar_Spacing. Variable Rebar Stagger / Unstagger. Length and quantity formatting for running and variable bars.

Schedules on sheets

- Standard Rebar Schedule - choose classic Revit ViewSchedule from your template or the MA-Rebars native legend table placed on the sheet: mark rows, db and diameter columns, shape column with bending detail, length and per-diameter totals, HU / EN / DE footer labels, row height and grid line control, viewport type per partition

- Refresh native tables after re-mark so sheet blocks stay aligned with the model; split or merge schedule blocks when a partition grows

- Native variable-legend schedules - compact per-mark tables for straight and shaped variable sets, mark sync and regen when host Mark changes

- Revit variable rebar schedules - configurable column names, row height on sheet, placement for varying bar groups after marking

- Mass Bending Detail - batch bending details on sheets for selected partitions

- Bound View Title - sheet titles and view names follow element marks

- Export Schedule to Excel and Numbering Schedule - hand-structured quantities to estimators and fabricators

Presentation tools: HideTag and Mass HideTag, Split Rebar, Rebar Cranker, Assign Layer, Rebar Parameter Copy, partition Rebar Filter and Copy Filter.

Quality Rebar Check for marks, partitions, variable schedules on sheets, similarity, and missing tags. Element Database and Warning System. Central Settings and Import for shared parameters, shapes, and schedule templates.

Start here: Set Partition before marking. Run Import from Settings after install or update in each project. For AI assist, enable MCP in Revit and in your AI client, then maintain rules in the AI Rules editor.
