Authentification

Telamont uses 3-legged OAuth (Authorization Code flow) only. We do not use 2-legged (client credentials) authentication anywhere in the app. Every call to Autodesk Platform Services is made with the signed-in user's own access token. 3-legged authentication is used at four points: connecting the Autodesk account, selecting a hub and project, browsing folders and files, and importing a document the user explicitly selects. Tokens are stored encrypted, scoped to the individual user, and deleted when the user disconnects.

 

Scopes

data:read and user-profile:read, read-only. No write, create, or bucket scopes are requested. user-profile:read is used only to read the sub claim so the connection is tied to the correct Autodesk user.
