BIMSens is a flexible tool to create Apps and Dashboards with Read & Write interactions between Data Sources & 3D Viewers, without coding skills and in a fraction of the time standard development requires.

It enables dynamic association of Data Sources and 3D objects from Autodesk® Navisworks® or Autodesk® Revit®, allowing color filtering, data transfers, and editing of the data directly from the model.

Multiple users - with or without 3D skills - can visualize, search, filter, and edit centralized data using custom forms, in real-time—no data copy, no model conversion, simple.

BIMSens is a standalone application with a free unlimited and unrestricted version for personal use.

It includes plugins for Autodesk® Navisworks® and Autodesk® Revit® (64 bit only, requires a licence of Navisworks Simulate or Manage and/or Revit).

Revit:

Dashboard editing is limited in Revit, use the standalone version or Navisworks to fully customise your dashboard then reload it in Revit
Revit 2025 not supported yet
