Thank you for your feedback and for testing our application.

We have already updated the plugin to fully support AutoCAD 2027, and the "Unknown command" issue has been resolved. The new version has been tested and is now working correctly with AutoCAD 2027.

Regarding the licensing process:

a. Yes. Once a customer purchases the application through the Autodesk App Store, the license is created automatically and the license credentials are sent to the customer's email immediately after the purchase.

b. The activation process is fully automatic and does not require any manual intervention. After the purchase is completed, the user receives the activation information automatically and can start using the application right away.

Functional Description (Support Context)
Intelshadow is an AutoCAD plugin that allows generating shadow fills from 2D polylines.
From a selected contour, the plugin calculates the shadow and allows customization of parameters such as:
