One of the guidelines is that we need to calculate the Room Coverage areas.

That is, the area of the furniture, fixture or any other equipment in the room has to be deducted from the overall room area.

This tool solves this problem with a one-click solution.

The data is sorted first by Levels in the project and then by rooms on each level.

The tool exports the room information along with the details of every component in the room belonging to the following categories:

1. Furniture

2. Plumbing Fixture

3. Specialty Equipment

The dimensions of the components in the room are automatically calculated in the background while the data is being exported.
