Smart Keynotes for Autodesk® Revit® turns keynoting — and now text notes — into a fast, collaborative, AI-assisted workflow.

Keynote Browser (dockable pane). Browse the project keynote file as a live tree with instant search and match highlighting. Add, edit, re-ID, move (drag-and-drop, including multi-select), and delete keynotes right in the pane; place user or element keynotes without touching Revit's picker dialog. Edits write to the keynote file and refresh tags and legends immediately.

Keynote Manager. A full editing workspace: browse and restructure the whole file, draft keynote text with AI assistance tuned for concise construction language, batch renumber under a category, and work against reference standards.

Team keynotes in the cloud. Host a project's keynotes in the cloud and every licensed teammate connects automatically when they open the model. Edits sync as they're saved — each change uploads only what changed.

The Text Note Assistant. Select any text note in the model to load it into the Text Notes tab: rewrite it with AI, fix casing, and apply it back — undoable, with a warning before touching formatted notes. Build a shared, per-project annotations library of reusable notes (general notes, standard callouts) that teammates see automatically; seed it from office standards, and convert between annotations and keynotes in both directions.

Right-click, right where you work. In any model view: Convert to Keynote… replaces a text note with a keynote tag in place; Convert to Text Note… does the reverse; Copy Keynote… places repeat tags of the selected keynote until you press Esc; Edit in Text Note Assistant opens the note in the editor.

Project setup in minutes. Generate a project keynote file from one of your office's master templates (keep several — historic, TI, ground-up — in a shared folder), copy from another project, or start blank; save it locally or host it in the cloud for the team.

QA utilities. Find keynotes placed in the model but missing from the file, flag duplicate note text, batch renumber, and report on keynote usage.
