• Mentions. Tag a colleague with @ to bring them into the conversation. Mention chips in the side panel make sure nothing addressed to you gets missed.

• Read, unread, and selected states. Every comment pin shows its state at a glance, so you immediately see what's new since you last opened the model.
• Comments side panel. See every comment in the project in one list. Filter and sort them, then click any comment to jump straight to its location — the view navigates there and the comment opens automatically.
• Resolve and clean up. Edit your own comments, resolve them when handled, or delete them when they're no longer needed.
• Smart clustering. When you zoom out, nearby pins group into clusters showing how many comments they contain. Click a cluster to zoom in until the pins separate — your model stays readable at any zoom level.
• Show and hide. A single ribbon toggle hides all comments when you need a clean view of the model.
• Hubs and projects. Organize work in hubs, create projects inside them, and invite teammates — all from the Pinly panel. Link a Revit model to a project once, and it reconnects automatically every time you open it.
• Real-time sync. Comments from your teammates appear as they're posted. No refreshing, no re-sending files.
